At Catalogz ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which we issue refunds for our subscription plans.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 1 business day.

3. Refund Processing

All payments for Catalogz are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment gateway and Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled as follows:

  • Refunds are processed through Paddle and returned via your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation
  • Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — you must submit a refund request separately if you are within the 14-day window

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly at hello@catalogz.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and delay the resolution process.
